Mark your calendar and plan to attend the first annual St. Martin’s Music Festival on Sunday, October 14th, at 3:00 p.m. Our choirs will be here along with favorite musicians that you’ve heard and enjoyed before.
St. Martin’s Choir will begin rehearsals with a Supper Retreat on Wednesday, August 29, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. downstairs in the music wing.
This Sunday, July 22, Anthony Blatter will join us. He sang with our choir in 2015, and is now attending Mizzou as a music performance/education major.
This Sunday, May 20 is Pentecost Sunday, and St. Martin’s music program has planned several ways to help the church celebrate!
The choir has been enjoying their copies of the hymnal supplement: Lift Every Voice and SIng! and we want to share a new Gospel hymn from it at the 10:15 worship service this Sunday.
For the Easter season, the choir loft in the sanctuary has been adorned with an original painting by Mary Drastal.
St. Martin’s choirs are preparing music to enhance our 2018 Lenten season. We welcome each of you to join us in singing or playing an instrument for any of these services.
As you enter St. Martin’s sanctuary, you may notice a new banner hanging on the wall above the choir loft.
