At long last, Children’s programming returns to St. Martin’s, due to the talent and drive of our own Sherrie Algren. We are finally feeling that it is safe to resume this vital ministry, and we are very excited to announce that the curriculum is ready and the teachers are getting ready for a wonderful year!
Children will come to the 10:30 service, and after the children’s message they will go with their teachers downstairs to our Sunday School area, where they will hear stories, do artwork, and even engage in some musical fun with the support of Denise Marsh.
Our curriculum follows one specially prepared from Virginia Theological Seminary, and it engages kids in a variety of methods so that they have tons of fun.
Children will then come back upstairs at approximately 11:10 am at the peace, to rejoin their families for Eucharist.
We hope that all families with children will come bring their kids so that they can benefit from these fabulous teachers and wonderful program. It is meant to be a time of fun and learning for all!
