In response to a quickly evolving health threat, plans are in place to carry on the work of St. Martin’s while staying in compliance with recommendations of the CDC and governmental authorities.
St. Martin’s staff will continue to work in the office and from home. Individual appointments can be made directly with any staff person. Monday – Thursday office hours will be maintained but you are asked not to come upstairs to the office without a prior appointment. Let’s work together via telephone and email to answer questions, make plans and further the ministries of the church.
Reminder that Monday is Mother Leslie’s day off unless there is an urgent need or pastoral emergency.
Thank you to the people who are sending in pledge payments and offering donations by mail even though they could not attend church in person last Sunday. Without ongoing regular donations it will be necessary for the Vestry to turn to the St. Martin’s Investment Fund, otherwise known as savings, to cover expenses that will continue to come due.
Plans are formulating for ways that everyone at St. Martin’s can stay in touch with one another, for checking in on those who may be or may become home bound and finding ways to meet emerging needs. If you would like to volunteer to participate in such efforts please contact Mother Leslie.
