Women’s Bible Study

The Women’s Bible Study group continues to meet through the end of May. The final meeting of this term will be on May 30. The group will take a break over summer and resume in September.

Book Club

The Book Club meets on Tuesday, May 23rd at 7:00 p.m. in the Packwood Library. Come join the discussion. Newcomers are always welcome!

Register for Camp Phoenix by May 31

Camp Phoenix will take place July 30 – August 5, 2017. Registration is now open and the deadline is May 31, 2017. Campers must be ages 8-15 years old.

Pilgrimage of Trust

The Taizé Pilgrimage of Trust is on Memorial Day weekend. From Friday, May 26 through Monday, May 29, participants will gather for Common Prayer in the style of the Taizé community (morning, afternoon and evening), for scripture study, for workshops, for communal meals, and for informal conversation.

Sponsors Needed for Youth Mission

In search of sponsors for our Youth Mission Trip this summer to the Heifer International Ranch in Perryville, AR. Our youth will experience simulated life in poverty-stricken areas of the world. They will gain a deeper understanding of the struggles people in poverty face every day.

Social Justice Commission Meeting This Saturday

The St. Martin’s social justice commission gathers for its regularly monthly meeting on the second Saturday of the month, May 13, at 8:30 a.m. for a potluck breakfast and conversation.


Food Pantry Sunday

St. Martin’s has a long-standing tradition of supporting the Circle of Concern Food Pantry. Please bring non-perishable food and toiletry items on Sunday, May 14.

Singers Of All Ages!!

Singers of all ages from 4th grade and up are invited to attend the St. Louis Course on July 17-23 at Toddhall Retreat Center.

Food Drive for Flood Victims

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is helping collect food for those affected by recent flooding. Please consider dropping off non-perishable food items at the Schnucks on 55 and Butler Hill Road on from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Monday, and all week at any of the seven Thrift Stores in Ballwin, Dellwood, Fenton, Lemay, St. Ann, St. Charles and South St. Louis.

St. John’s Peace Meal

The Peace Meal is offered every Saturday evening at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Tower Grove. St. Martin’s sponsors five meals each year. This article provides insider insight into the mission of this meal and how it impacts everyone involved.
