Gentle Yoga – Saturdays, 10:15 – 11:15 a.m.
Beginning this Saturday, September 9, come discover your breath linked with gentle body movements. This class is done on a yoga mat with props to assist you — Yoga blocks, blanket and strap (these things can be purchased at most sport stores, sports departments or online). These items will be provided for you if you don’t have them at the first class.
Open to women and men of all ages, but participants must be able to get up and down off the mat.

The fee for each one hour class is $15
